There has been lots of interesting conductor news over the last month, so for those of you keeping score….<\/p>\n

But they hired a new chief of staff.<\/a><\/p>\n

Colin Davis is still a class act.<\/a> And as usual,there’s\u00a0 no stopping Valery Gergiev<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Happily for us, Edo de Waart has extended<\/a> his Milwaukee contract and has also taken another appointment.<\/a><\/p>\n
